Yeah, friends and I have been following the Fukushima updates.
I've been to Japan twice and worked there a bit,
and compared to most other countries I really loved Japan.
By the way Dredd, I exchanged posted letters with Seiji recently.
He has been busy for two years building his own house on the weekends
at the back of his parents house.
I think basically he was given the land,
and then got a book on how to build a house
5 days a week he drives out to forests and chainsaws trees all day.
He's been doing that for about 10 years.
He has two sons, and all four of them
(including Seiji and his wife) are all quite chubby.
In his letter he said his biggest fear is a large earthquake.
But yeah, people in Japan have no idea how much more serious the Fukushima situation is.
And I heard from various sources that even talking about Fukushima is "impolite" in Japan.
Oh, by the way, I studied about reincarnation, and I know it's a fact.
And I was planning to have a life in Japan in the future, hopefully working with computers and software if that's how things go.
But now with Fukushima and their other reactors (I have mind blowing info about other reactors)
that reincarnation idea is not a possibility now.
